NightShift is distributed through the Mac App Store, so Apple'sLicensed Application End User License Agreementapplies to your use of the app in addition to the terms below.

Use of the app

You're free to use NightShift on any Mac where you're signed in with the Apple ID that licensed it, subject to Apple's standard terms for App Store purchases and family sharing.

No warranty

NightShift is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. It adjusts your display's color output using standard, public macOS APIs, but I can't guarantee it will be free of bugs or compatible with every display or Mac configuration.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, I'm not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of NightShift.

These terms may be updated from time to time; the "last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision.
